We will not give your personal information to anyone. We are not part of any network that shares customer information. You will not receive e-mails from other companies from doing business with us or visiting our site.
Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please return it to us for an exchange or refund. Please e-mail us that you are making a return, and let us know if you wish to replace the item with something else. We give full refunds on items in original condition with tags intact. If a garment is defective after you have worn it, we will gladly replace it for you.
Payment
Prices are in US funds. Shipping charges $4.95 for orders of 1-2 pieces, and $9.95 for 3 or more pieces. You may pay by PayPal, Visa or Mastercard and money orders. The charge on your credit will show a purchase from Uniforms Plus, our store location.
We accept Canadian orders. Shipping is $20.00 for 1-10 pieces. Orders are usually shipped by FedEx within 7 days. Please note that you may receive additional billing from the courier to cover import charges of customs and duty.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped directly from the US warehouse by UPS ground. In most cases they will be shipped within two days of placing your order. Shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaii are $19.95. UPS delivery requires a physical address (no box numbers.)
Returns
Please advise us by e-mail that you wish to make a return, including your order number and short explanation. We will provide you with an authorization number to include on the address label of the package. We will gladly accept your return within twenty days from the time you received the order. Returned items must be in original condition with tags intact. We will credit the purchaser's card when we receive the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless it was our mistake.
